Couple Cert Marriage Registration Platform Help

Welcome to the Marriage Registration Platform!

This platform helps you complete your marriage registration easily and securely, thereby booking your Marriage at your desired Venue Remotely. Follow the steps below to create your account, set up your profile, and register your marriage.

How to Create Your Account

  • 1 Visit the Home Page and click on Register
  • 2 Enter your Email Address (make sure this is an active email you have access to)
  • 3 Create a strong Password (at least 8 characters, including numbers and symbols).
  • 4 Confirm your Password by typing it again.
  • 5 Click on Register to create your account.
  • 6 You will be Automatically logged in.

How to Set Up Your Profile

  • 1 If for some reason you are not automatically logged in, log in to your account using your Email and password.
  • 2 Complete your personal details and upload necessary documents.
  • 3 Save your profile when finished.
  • 4 Your Profile Id will be displayed on your dashboard, take note of it.

How to register Marriage

  • 1 After setting up your profile, click on Apply Marriage on your dashboard.
  • 2 Make the necessary payment to the provided account.
  • 3 Fill in the Profile Ids of the Husband, Wife, Waliyy and Wakil. They all need to be registered in the system..
  • 5 Fill in the Date and Time of Your Marriage.
  • 6 Select the Masjid where your marriage is to be officiated and if the Masjid is not in the system, you can select 'Couple Cert' and contact us on where to send the money by filling the form field that will appear after selecting 'Couple Cert'.
  • 7 Upload the Medical tests of the Spouses.
  • 8 A Notification will be sent to the Leadership of the Institution you selected and they will Approve your Marriage if they are satisfied with the data You Uploaded and their Contacts are Provided in the Marriage Profile Should you need to remind or personally notify them.
  • 9 Once The Marriage is Approved, only a couple of things about the Marriage can be updated like Date, Time, Waliyy, Wakil and Venue.
  • 10 Upon the Officiation of your Marriage, the funds are released to the Institutions
  • 11 A Man can only have Four(4) Active Marriages and a Woman can only have One. A Marriage has to be de-activated by either the Administrators of the System or Leadership of the Institution where the Marriage was Officiated for them to apply for another Marriage.

How to register an Institution(Masjid)

  • 1 An Institution(Masjid) can Only be Registered by an Administrator
  • 2 The Name, Address, C.A.C Registration Number(if there is), Account Name, Account Number and Bank Branch of the Institution have to be provided.
  • 3 The Profile Ids of Three(3) Administrators of the Masjid have to be Provided. They are the ones that will be Notified whenever a Marriage is Registered with their Institution and tasked with the Responsibility of Approving and Activating the Marriage.
  • 5 They can Approve, Disapprove, Activate, Deactivate and monitor Marriages Officiated by their Institution(Masjid).

Yes, you can update your profile anytime by logging in and navigating to My Profile section.

Q: How can I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions.

Q: What do i do if my file isn't uploading?

Ensure the file is in one of the accepted formats (e.g., PDF, JPG) and is below the file size limit (5MB). If the problem persists, try using a different browser or device.
